NJBlackBerry Thank you very very very very much, you have no idea how depressed i was after facing the "APP error 523" problem and reset.
My phone service provider told me they had to reset my phone and i may lose all my information that i didn't backup lately.
i was thrilled and soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy to see that my phone started like usual after ur solution and now i'm using my blackberry again, i felt lost without
