Default Services won't start after BES Install

Please Login to Remove!

I just installed Blackberry Enterprise Server Express on our Small Business Server 2003 box. When going through the install, I got to the screen to start the Blackberry services. It finished, but none of the services were able to start. I couldn't go back, so I just continued through the install. After the installation, I went into Windows services and tried to manually start them. I keep getting the below error, which varies depending on which service I'm trying to start.

Could not start the Blackberry Administration service on local computer.
Error 1068: The dependecy service or group failed to start.

It varies between error 1068 and 1069. I also get the following event in the system log.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7000
Date: 10/10/2010
Time: 9:33:33 PM
User: N/A
Computer: <Server>

Description:
The BlackBerry Administration Service - Native Code Container service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure.

I've made sure that the besadmin account is a member of the Administrators group and that it's listed under the Allow Logon Locally and Logon As A Service settings.
Any thoughts? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

OK, I changed the logon as to Local System and I can now start the services. However, when I go into the Blackberry Administration Service, I get a Page Cannot Be Displayed message in IE? Is there something I need to do to configure it?

Thanks.

At this point I would uninstall / clean / and reinstall. Something was goofed in the initial install which created issues and will probably continue to do so.

What version of IE?

Make sure the BAS-AS and Native Code Container services remain running. Sometimes the BAS services will get stuck in a continous restart loop.

Try to access the the BAS from another PC. Any errors in the BES logs?
