i just got my bold from a malaysian carrier maxis.. i like the default background image of the precision zen but my carrier load up their logo as default instead... i can't find the image at the Media: Sample Pictures too..

however if i choose the precision silver theme, it appears. but still can't find the file... i wan the background to be available in the precision zen theme... ya.. i prefer the that background image to work on my precison zen.. not silver...

does anyone know where can i locate the image file in my bold?thx!

been looking for this too... can't seem to locate it. I'm on Maxis too... don't really like the maxis logo. i'm using the M3 instead...

anyone has this? mind sharing?

Does setting your own background not work? I haven't tried it on the Bold but it's worked for other models I have tried.

i.e. use the picture viewer to nagivate to a background that you want, click Menu and select Set As Background Image.

when will they release new themes, im new to the Black Berry, and what i have seen from the 8800's they have interesting types of themes, ive seen a l shaped background, there are window vista backdrops moving the applications in a circular pattern... when will those come out for the BOLD?????

The Plazmic Theme Builder for 4.6 was released a few weeks ago, and not many of the pre-4.6 theme creators have gotten a Bold yet. Give it a few weeks, and I am sure there will be more options. For now, check out the Media Section for 4.6 compatible themes.

There is also a very good Bold Wallpaper thread on the site.
