At this point, all I want is a version that holds 1XEV and has good battery life. I think .109 was the last one that had those two things covered for me, but I don't remember it being perfect either.

you're right because they've all been pretty terrible builds...sigh*
can't wait for an official release of 5.0 so I can breathe a sigh of relief for once and not worry about my battery dying before noon

With .132 I can't quite figure out what exactly is draining my battery so quickly. Yesterday I barely used the phone, but by 6pm is was giving me the green light. Now today, it's 6pm and I've actually talked on the phone and used it a bit and my battery is over 50%. I don't get it.

I've been interested in trying one of the hybrids (Crackman's or Lyricidal's) but don't know which one to try really. I have a 9530 and am running .113 but I'm about to try .133.

My battery life with 4.7.0.113 has been terrific! Storm last over 24 hours without a charge.

I'd go with the .142 release. I've been running it all week. no battery leak, minimal memory leak. its a good release IMO

I have tried the .141/5.0 hybrid for a week now. No problems.
battery life is shorter than when I had .75, but no real big issue with me.

Sorry to hijack the thread, Watoosy, but a quick question to both ufkal and bobo, are these Crackman or Lyricidal releases?

So, is this a 5.0 vs 4.7 update?

Default VZW Navigator

I am running the standard .75 OS on ATT. Was wondering if the non-Verizon OS have a working VZW Navigator. Can this be added to any OS? Thanks.

don't know about BBCrackman's, but I use Lyricidal's and from what I understand it's 5.0 not 4.7.

Did you download the 5.0 version? I am interested in knowing how much better it works compared to latest 4.7 update.
