Hello all, I was just curious to see how many of other forum user have a back up BB? I have a spare 7290 that I keep just incase something happens to my current 8700. Also have a beat up 7280 for when I go ride the quad and do other things that might break a BB.

I always keep a backup (or two) but they are also for people in my company who may need one.

I always keep the spare BB in case I one does not work or lost in travel. I always carry my second BB with me. if I lose the BB then I have access to my last backup file so it is just a matter of putting the file back on BB. Lot easier and better than phones.

nyc: I realize it will work, but you won't be able to get your emails, pins, etc. I take it you are mostly interested in the phone function when you swap it out. I guess that makes sense and isn't a big deal for the few housr you need a more "disposable" unit.
