Default This is absolutly RIDICULOUS!!!!

Got my replacement phone from Asurion (Insurance Company), deleted some stuff I didnt need, blackberry messenger didnt work so I re-installed it, rebooted and downloaded app world rebooted and now I get a "app error 523 reset" now how the hell can I backup my stuff without the phone properly connecting to Desktop Manager so I can do a go complete factory reset/wipe device...? I'm so angryy =(

Wipe it out with JL_CMDER and reload the OS.
Do NOT load any third party apps until it works.

Why not leave the BB factory until your sure it works if it's a replacement.
