I want sell my BlackBerry 9630 Tour with the many accessories I have with it. I am trying to erase my personal evidence for other's use. I ran a "security wipe", afterwards when I power it up, after waiting thru the boot-up, it starts with the set up wizard screen where I need to use the trackball to choose and click "Close" or "Continue". However, the trackball does nothing no pointer or movement. Everything I've tried, pushing buttons or combinations of them does nothing it is frozen on this screen, can't even shut it down. It only reacts to battery removal and replacement in which case boot up always ends in the same SNAFU. This is a "Verizon" phone with SIM card (Verizon Wireless - Vodafone) anda 2 Gig SanDisk MicroSD memory card. I tried it with these in our out, results are the same. Other than not having a service plan, (it was transferred to my current phone) this phone worked perfectly before the security wipe. I do not know if it is "Locked" or "Unlocked". Can anyone help me?
