Email received and calendar items created in Outlook appear correctly in the handheld. However, calendar entries created from the handheld never get sent to the Outlook. Finaly, email deleted on the handheld are not deleted in Outlook. But if they were in the "deleted items" (deleted from Outlook), deletion by the handheld delete them from the "deleted items" sync is: on delete: mailbox & handheld conflct: mailbox win
