Hi All. My company is going to provide us BB 8800's in about 2 weeks. This is my first BB. Can someone point me in the direction on this site for some tutorials, how to's, etc? Also please let me know of any recommended cases, blue tooth HS or any other accesories you feel necessary.

Absolutely--go to the top of this 8800 and read all the Sticky Notes posted, as well as the tips page from Stinsonddog (look at the link found in his signature). Also, check the Sticky Notes at the top of the General Blackberry Questions forum, and others in Aftermartet Software, Hardware (for cases) and the Bluetooth Forum. Scrolling through those will bring you very much up-to-date.

While a lot of the info won't make much sense until you actually have the 8800 in your hands, you will be ahead of the game quite a bit.

Blackberryfaq.com is very useful. Not much specifically related to the 8800 but BES, BIS and so on are common to all BB's and covered by the FAQ's.
