I have a Blackberry 7290 Cingular , when i call my number it goes straight to voice mail how to change this ???

You call your number from your phone and it goes to VM?
To answer the question you need to give more detail like are you calling it from another phone or not.
You must realize the phone will go directly to VM if your calling it from the phone itself.

Another possibility is you have your cell number set to forward to VM . Check call forwarding options.
