Default New Z30 owner problem with Voicemail

Please Login to Remove!

I am having a problem setting up my voicemail on the Z30. The phone keeps asking for a pin number and tells me it's the same pin number used to access websites. I don't have a pin to access websites. Can anybody tell me what it's wanting?

Generally the number of rings before VM picks up is controlled by your service provider.

this is from Koodo

Dial *#61#
Write down the number it pops up with. This is your voicemail access number
then dial
**61*1 number *11*xx#

where xx is the time in seconds (not rings) you want to wait before going to voicemail.
Minimum is 5 seconds and maximum is 30 seconds.
Make sure 1 is in front of your access number.
only multiple of 5 are allowed. example 5,10,15,20,25,30
