ok here we go, i bought this 8703 yesterday and she tells me at the store it is all set up. Yeah right!!! i call sprint last night they walk me through what they said was everything. i still dont have a browser button or half the icons i should. It errors out everytime i Start Provisioning with a 1012 error. Now when i got it back to my office, i will be honest i tried hooking it up to my PC and dont really know what options i might have selected. I dont have any where to put in my email address, but when i sync it with pc i think it did it, but not sure. Also i need to use the phone for a modem over the thanksgiving weekend and could use some advice to get started

I had the exact same thing happen to me. You will have to call SPRINT and get a Tier 2/3 support guy to walk you through on doing a HARD reset of your device. Once I did that, everything was gravy
