Dear all,
i've problems with an 8707V and Enterprise activation: after about 10 minuted a message "The server is not responding Please contact your System Administrator" appears.
I've tried to install the same user with another devices (7100v) and it worked perfectly.
I've tried to install another user with the 8707v devices and I had the same error message.
Anu ideas what's worng in my procedure/server or do I've to think that the devices does not work properly?

Have you done a security wipe of the device before you try to use enterprise activation? Do you also have the correct filename of the account specified?

Yes I've done a security wipe of the device.
I do not understand where i've to insert the filename(?) of the account
