I am a T-Mobile cus perl 8100. I failed to update 4.5 OS. Its show ing the error "A fatal error has occurred......................Please try again."

I deleted the vendor.xml file.

I cant get my usb to connect to my device, it says its not detected. Can anyone help with this?
