I currently poll mail from a corporate Outlook Web Access (OWA) acct and am trying to cut out the often 15 min delay issue.
In that effort, I set up rules in my OWA setup to forward mail to my handheld/carrier e-mail address. The mail is not coming and I have no filters.

What am I doing wrong?

Should the setup come from BIS Account?

Does the message come if you test a message direct to your @carrier.blackberry.net addres?

Will your OWA mail forward to another address, say a yahoo or gmail account?

I don't understand why not to a blackberry.net address.

Is automatic forwarding disabled on the corp email system?

some companies disable it for security reasons. you can always contact your IT admin and see if they have disabled it.

I have two OWA accts. It worked on one of them. The one I mainly need I will need to check on with IT Admin.

If there is IT block on this, is there any way to cut into the delay?
