hi,

i am very new to BB and just bought 9100. here i am facing a problem while setting up personal mail a/c. in email set up wizard, there is only one option, enterprise mail activation, but while going thru google, there has to be 2 option, personal create & add and enterprise mail.

You must have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account. Once that plan is added, the personal e-mail options will appear on the BB.
