I get an error saying:

Cannot log in:

Your BlackBerry® Internet Service Account is suspended or deactivated. Please contact
your wireless service provider at 1-800-331-0500.

I can't call right now but is there an easy fix to this? I even tried setting up a new account but it says it already exists.

Just tried calling and the call centers are closed.

i had the same problem with tmobile too. it was becuase your bis has been inactive for a long period of time. did you have a blackberry then go to another phone and then come back to a blackberry like me. unfortunately you have to call for them to fix it.

Before this Blackberry, I had an unlocked one. I setup my e-mail on that one about a month ago but I haven't been on the actual site in a long time.

When you call that number, they will reset everything for you. That's the only way to get it working again as far as I know.

On phone now and I think there might be a problem.

The AT&T Rep assured me it was a quick and easy fix and all they needed to do was re-send the service books.

Then she said it wasn't working and I'm now on hold to go to the tech department.
