how do you copy ALL your contacts to your sim without going into each individual one?

You can't you have to do them one at a time! Keep in mind if a contact has 3 numbers they count as three seperate entires on the sim

Back up and sync to Outlook. Like most people do. Backing up to a SIM card is useless if you have e-mail addresses.

The problem is that a contact on the phone's memory can have more than one number. Whereas a contact on the SIM card treats every number as a separate contact.
