We finally got our BES up and running. I have 9 people with a BB. Seven of them are new users so it was easy to add them to BES. Two people are still using Desktop Mgr to synch their BB.

I have addl cals to add them to the BES and need to know what the procedure is to remove them from using the DM settings and getting them on the BES.

I'm new to the BES and would appreciate any help.

I believe that all you have to do is add their accounts to the BES, send them their activation e-mail/password and once they go through that then they should begin synching wirelessly. Well that's what I did with a few of my users and they were good.

No need to "remove them from Desktop Manager". EA will take care of things. Just let them know that they won't be able to use DM to sync (not sure why they'd want to anyway) after EA enables wireless sync.
