I have a user with a new Blackberry Bold that when she tries to acvitate it, it takes 45-60 minutes to time out with the error "The server is not responding, please contact your System Admin". She setup her GMail to go to it, so her internet is working, and it seams it is contacting the server, because I have stuff about her address in the MAGT log at the time she tried to activate.
