Default Problems with 9810 startup

Please Login to Remove!

Okay, so I forgot my blackberry torch password, so I had to obviously use all the 10 tries so it rebooted the device. Now that I have, it will turn on and work up until the point where it starts flashing apps when setting up. It's the first thing you see, things zoom into the camera and stuff.

At one point in that, it freezes completely. I've taken the battery out multiple times but it always freezes on that one spot. Help, I use my phone regularly so this is a problem.

I don't know what you mean about flashing apps when setting up, but no matter, you probably only have one possibility for a painless recovery. Hopefully you have a full backup from before you wiped the device. First, remove the microSD media card, if you are using one, and see if it makes a difference. If not, see if you can boot in safe mode. Search if you don't know how to do it. Once in safe mode, do a security wipe and select the option to delete all user installed apps. See if it boots after the wipe. If so, restore your backup and download your apps again.
