Default Cannot contact to srp

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All

Last time I'm notice on my BB 10.x server this entry in logs:
[SRP] SRPClient::Connect: Error calling host "de.srp.blackberry.com" [193.109.81.33] (10061)

Devices are connected and mails flow but very slow ...
Nothing was changed in the network configuration or server configuration.

Kind regards
Xiant

From BES, try to ping de.srp.blackberry.com. For me the ping works and looks like this:

Reply from 93.186.25.33: bytes=32 time=25ms TTL=236
Reply from 93.186.25.33: bytes=32 time=27ms TTL=236
Reply from 93.186.25.33: bytes=32 time=25ms TTL=236
Reply from 93.186.25.33: bytes=32 time=25ms TTL=236

Ping statistics for 93.186.25.33:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 25ms, Maximum = 27ms, Average = 25ms
