Default Roxio - No longer full screen

Please Login to Remove!

I've always used the Roxio media manager to convert my videos and had no problems. I recently had to use a blackjack while waiting for my 8800 replacement and found that roxio converted videos just fine for it as well. Now that I am back to my 8800 my videos are no longer full screen, and the video is in a smaller box. I have full screen enabled on my phone, and I am using the same videos as before. I can't find anything in roxio that could be causing it either. Any ideas?

Did you look in the Options in Roxio? Click Tools in the menu, then Options. There are some configuration settings there. Maybe something got changed.

I checked the settings and I didn't really see many things to change, and none of them seem like they would make much of a difference anyway. I also tried reinstalling roxio this morning and had the same issues. I dunno what to try now. Could someone maybe post what settings they are using so i can rule that out? Thanks in advance.

I wish I knew what to tell you on this, but I'm sorry I don't.

It has to be Roxio. I need a way to wipe it out completely. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didnt fix it. I have pretty much ruled out all other options. Ive tried multiple cards, videos, settings, and even a different blackberry.

How does roxio know which blackberry you have anyway? Wouldnt it have to in order to know what resolution for the screen?

Maybe try the clean uninstall of Desktop Manager.

BlackBerry Search Results

Perhaps something is being left on the normal uninstall that's causing your problem.
