I'm using a free program called AutoScreenRecorder 3 with the simulator that saves the results as an .avi file. Then you just need to convert the .avi file to .gif and host the .gif file online.

I am looking for a more user friendly program that will do a animated screen capture as a .gif file. If anyone knows of a program please let me know.

Think I might spend some time and make an animated home screen today. My only concern is how it will affect my battery.

I went through the link on "How to Animate Themes" but couldn't find any info on how to actually animate the home screen. What program would I have to use to animate just the wallpaper?
