Hi
I have a Bold 9700 that was bought in Russia. The handset has been unlocked and I am now using the phone in Africa. The instant messaging function has been blocked on the handset and I am unable to reactivate.(BBM is blocked in Russia) I have twice reset the handset to factory restore but this has not rectified the problem. Any advise on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
