Hi,

Happy new year everyone.

I am unable to perform a OS reload on 1 of our user BB 9000, as the loader.exe cant detect phone at all.

Phone is just stuck on white screen at Error-513.
I have deleted the vendor.XML file, rebooted twice and also reinstalled the software.

Pls note the device mgr does detect the Blackberry.

Any pointers to get this working?

Do u have any tips to fix this issue? Its an OS bb of an VIP here, and we need to get this fixed.

I even sat with rim on a 1 hr conf call, and event they could not get it to load.

I think this is a hardware issue

I find it a strange coincidence that you get a JVM error and you have a hardware fault on the USB connector of the device.

Does the device charge when you connect it with the wall charger?
