hi!i bought a bb from ebay and it was unlocked.everything was working ok.i install some new programs but no problem at all.after 2 -3 weeks,my bb was in stand by mode and i saw the screen light up.i thought was calling someone or sms me.i took my phone,but no call no sms.the keyboard wasnt functioning nor the on off switch.i took off the battery and put again after a min.the keyboard was functioning but a message asking me if i want to assign a speed dial to h key was on the screen.i answer no again and again but the message was coming again in my screen.finally i answer yes and i put a friends number,the phone started calling my friend on its own,so i took my sim out.i make a wipe on my phone so i bring my phone to factory settings.i switch on again but it still asking me if i want to assign speed dial to h key.
is this a virus?anybody who can help me?
my phone is bb8820 edge with v4.5.0.55!

what "new programs" did you install? List them and someone may be able to tell you if there is one or more that may cause the issue. It sounds like an App may be corrupted or worse case is not being nice.

You should wipe handle and uprom.
Before install any softs, you should read the direction in use carefully.
Infact, there is a soft doesn't work properly and causes the problem.
