i having no problems with BIS/exchange email works great. I also have a comcast e-mail account. when i select all mesages or just the comcast e-mail ( POP3 ) i get the green loading circle on a blank page. The mesages are available because i can reduce the mesage window and tap the notification icon and bring the message up in its own window, most of the time, green circle- blank page. I have waited on several occasions but now if if doesn't load quickly I move on. sometimes both accounts load and function properly. 9780 OS 6 PB 16G

Usually restarting the PlayBook fixes the constant loading situation. Have you tried that?

- I no longer have the Playbook yet owning the 9900 has renewed my interest in it.
