Can a BB synch all Outlook 2007 folders?

I have never had a smartphone before so my level of understanding is pretty dire. Go easy on me!
I want a smartphone that will allow me to do a very specific thing with emails once I have replied to them.
Background info - my PC at work is Windows Vista and I use Outlook 2007 for email.
Like many people who use Outlook 2007 I have dozens of folders within my 'Inbox'. If an email doesn't end up in 'Deleted Items' it gets filed in one of those folders for future reference. I am looking for a smartphone device that will also allow me to file an email away in the relavant folder after I have replied to it - as well as synch this process with Outlook 2007 on my PC.
For example - I am away from the office and an email arrives from a new customer on my smartphone's 'Inbox'. I reply to this email and then file it in the 'New Customers' folder, which is one of the folders I have in my Outlook 2007. When I go into the office the next day and open Outlook 2007, this email will not appear in my 'Inbox' because I want it to already be in my 'New Customers' folder and I also want the reply I have sent to already be in the 'Sent Items' folder of Outlook 2007.
I want to be able to do this for 2 reasons;
a) minimise the task duplication of having to file away emails on my PC after I've already replied to them and filed them on my smartphone.
b) if a large batch of emails come in on my smartphone and I reply to some but not all, there is a chance that I might accidentally reply to the same customer twice if that email also then appears in my PC's Outlook 2007 inbox.
If truth be told I would like to be able to do this on an Iphone 4 as they do look like a lot of fun to use outside of work. But could a Blackberry device do the above? The Storm 2 looks quite nice to use.
Thank you for your time and patience.
