unless you want rogers specifically just use the one posted above and delete the vendor and its all good im running non rogers on all phones (Y) can't even tell

Yup -- 8700's (and I don't mean the 8703, 8705 or 8707) are identical internally

I'm running Rls 4.2 on my Roger's BB8700 with NO issues.
