Hi

I have a curve (using tmo) and i have a lot of emails that are already deleted from exchange's inbox but they still show up on the BB inbox. These are all from awhile back. I also can NOT delete them from the BB - they just won't delete at all.

Suggestions?

I am assuming you are on a bes, try hitting the "reconcile now" when you are in the email section of your device.

hi - tried that originally (i've had this prob for awhile now). did not work.
