You probably need to re-install the OS using a legit version blessed by a carrier. There's a sticky at the top of the 99xx forum with versions for the exact models. Don't use a version for the 9930 on your 9900. Download and install via Desktop Manager. Remember to backup first as the process will wipe your BB clean.
