I tried it and it's too tight. You could get it in there with some pressure but I'd hate to have to try and get it out fast enough to get the call in time.

On a side note, I had the skin on my bold all weekend and just took it off this morning and boy does the bold ever feel smaller, lighter and better without the skin. I'm keeping it off from now on.

I hear you but I never use the skin when I'm wearing a belt anyway, cause then I use the supplied swivel holster.

You could do that to the Curve and the 8800 case, but since the Bold is the biggest size BB made, there's no larger BB case to use. Trial-and-error might find something like an old Treo case that works. Or perhaps something for an HTC TyTn2.

Thanks for the info but I really like the naked feel of the bold now. Lol.

I have always prefered my Blackberry to be naked! I have been lucky and never scratched a screen and only dropped my device one time and that is when RIM used to supply you with that stupid plastic holster that took so much to get it out that I sent my Nextel 6510 flying across the room.

The Bolds leather texed back will do fine for me and I will take my chances.

I know people who use a "Otter Box" for their Blackberry! It is HUGE!

My biggest concern here is Rim disabling the pin once you put it on ATT. It is tempting because it will probably be christmas before ATT releases it. I just bought a 3g iphone to hold me over until then. It cost me $600(299+1st month service, ETF etc) and am using my Blackberry SIM in it. When it comes out I will sell the Iphone for around 5-600 and being the BES admin my company will provide the Bold for me.

This has been discussed before in another thread. RIM does not disable the pins of legitimately purchased blackberries. Period.
