Default blackberry modem

Please Login to Remove!

hi,
i will be going on holiday this year and want to take my laptop with me. I have seen articles about using a blackberry as a tethered modem. How easy is this and will it affect my current connection at home if I change ant settings? I live in the UK and have a Vodafione account with unlimited internet usage. Any help with this would be great. Thanks

Details are in the FAQ:
Using BlackBerry As Modem - BlackBerryFAQ

Verify that your carrier doesn't require that you pay for tethering though.

And if you are going to a different country, check out the roaming rates.
