Please Login to Remove!

can someone post an earlier version of JL_CMDR. the version where you go to the command prompt and type wipe handheld.

the version I am using V1.8.3 is not connecting to the blackberry and also the steps what to do if the Blackberry is not connecting is giving problems.

I have used the earlier version before without any problems.

There is an earlier version ( i think). if the current version is 1.8.3 then the earlier version would be 1.8.2 ( or something like that)

Anyway. I had used a version before where it was executed from the command prompt. the wipe instructions was typed from the program files directory or where the JL_CMDR was installed .

JL_CMDER is just a shell around a program called Javaloader.

The command to wipe a BB is

javaloader -usb wipe

If Javaloader can not see the BB, check out Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ for more information (novdm option).

Use the link above as advised.

You have basically two threads going on the same issue.
Closing this thread, please refer to your other thread (which crazydude offered the same advice. Thanks.
