I did load the latest 4.5 OS, like the new look and it does seem to be faster, but I've noticed that maps and the internet icon are gone. The only way I can get on the internet is through T-Zones. I haven't had a track ball but got my new one in today from blackberrytrackball.com and it works gre t. And I just got my new phone today, the G1 from T-Mobile and haven't had a chance to mess with it yet to see if I'm going to like it, if not I will exchange it for the curve.

For BBMaps and a browser you need a BB data plan. Do you have a BB data plan? If so, go to Options >Advanced Options >Host Routing Table. Hit the menu key and select "Register Now."
