This is a feature people have been asking for for years but it still doesn't seem to be on the Blackberry, even in OS6. Xplayer claims to have it but it doesn't work and the PodTrapper will do it but its cumbersome to browse to your music folder all the time, its really just designed to pull in your RSS podcasts.
As I love listening to audiobooks if RIM could introduce this feature I'd finally be iPod free. (And Audible only works with Audio books purchased from Audible)
