I just received my holster from ExtremePDA. They sent me the wrong ScreenGuard!!! (LG Chocolate instead of Pearl)

Anyways, here are some pics of the holster. I'm thinking about returning it though...

For those of you who are concern about what thread it comes in...
8100 pitch black comes in with black thread. The 8700 series
and the 7100 series (as shown below) comes in with white thread

The text on the web site had seemed to imply that the totes would also have a belt clip, but from the pics it looks like they only have the straps...

My guess is that the site you were talking about did the description of the
item or product without seeing the real item itself first?

Either that or they cut and pasted from the holster description without really proofreading the result...

Be certain before investing in any case that covers any portion of the keys. Even if the case comes close to the edges, I've found it makes the keyboard tougher to use. I've never had a clase that completely enclosed my device that I've kept.

Where did you purchase this all black 8100 case? How much was the item and how much was shipping? I do assume it has a sleeper function right? Any cons to this case?

I'm a retailer. I sell them on eBay.

Yes it has a sleeper function. As for cons, I will have to wait for one of my
buyers to review it and post his review here. Base on the design for the
8700g holster (which I do have), it is much nicer looking than that of the
previous design. It doesn't add bulk to your gadget making it look
thicker.

you didn't have to put a magnet nor attach.. what are those.. buttons of some sort?

the magnets in it in BOTH PARTS of the case (the flap and the part it snaps to) are sufficient to keep you pearl secure and put it to sleep. no modifications needed.

the clip once jumped off my belt and flew off while i was running. pearl secure inside the case. no scratch on it. a little dirty but that's all.

the SDA case is perfect for the pearl. with no mods.
