Default Torch and BES Express

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone.
I've a Blackberry Torch 9800 and I've tried for a week to connect this device to Blackberry Enterprise Server Express.
During activation by cable (first actvation of BB device with BES Express must be done with cable) the Torch hangup.
After some hour syncronization has completed correctly.
The I try to send mail, look at contact and so on but nothing works. BB is isolated. It could browse internet but it doesn't talk with BES Express.
I also have other 9 BB (8520 and 9700) and this devices works fine with BES Express.
On BB website I've read that BES update device.xml and vendor.xml every hour. But nothing for BES Express.

Anyone have worked with Torch and BES Express?

Thanks Mirko

This thread would probably get better attention in the BES Admin section. Ask a mod to move it for you.

Not sure what to say. I have a Torch I picked up about a month ago, but didn't have much trouble getting it to activate to our BESX. We're running the version of BESX jsut previous to update released a week or two ago. I made sure the devices PIN was registered on our BESX. I couldn't get the phone to activate OTA with the generated password and I don't need to use BBDM much so I updated it to whatever the current version is then ran the activation tethered to BBDM. Not sure how it knows but I choose an Enterprise activation and then I'm prompted to move the mouse while the activation progress bar proceeds. I finished up by upgraded the OS to 6.0.0.448, then migrated everything from my Bold 9000 to the torch using the BBDM transfer protocol.
