I saw the page,but....here is no tmo themes for 8700....

that site gives you instructions on how to install ALL vendor Themes to the device. if you follow the instructions step by step you will see the Tmobile theme.

Tried it times ago and must agree with lansessl. There's no T-mobile theme in the latest BB-OS

That's right. The T-mobile theme is not included.

I also once, a week or so ago, followed the instructions to download it and add it to my BB, but even that didn't work.
