I have recently purchased an 8520 and was wondering if it's possible to have my icons as per attached?

What do you mean by that, the order of the icon,s or the circle in the middle which is T Mobile fav 5.

I meant the icons arrange in the circles, but i take it, it is only available on T-Mobile?

Check the media section, there are themes there. I don't know how many for this model due to it being fairly new.

The circular thing is T-Mobile's My-Faves app. It is shortcuts to call 5 friends, they are not application icons.
