I have a problem here!

I updated my blackberry Z10 to the latest software update, and the problem is after the update it asked me to restart my Z10 BlackBerry! When the 7 dots screen appear and says how much percent the phone has started it starts instantly from 100% and it never opens! , my phone is frozen on that screen as i left it for 2 hours and its still 100% not opening! , what shall i do with it?
