Dawgs right, the TMO client uses SMS and not data. You may be in for a surprise.

The OS is 4.0 on my 7520. I tried all the combinations I can think of, I just can't get the service book to load! Any help would be appreciated.

Also to go off on Slammed statement a little further. Go into your browser configuration and reset it. That is what I had to do to get Yahoo.

Yahoo works for me on my 7520. Only problem I have right now is being unable to edit the Nicknames on my buddy list.

it needs the service book in order to communicate to the service, so yes, it is needed. no, there's nothing the guy can do, as his carrier does not have this implemented on their gateway to push to the users.
