Maybe I missed something in the manual or on the phone, but how do I raise/lower the volume on the phone? How can I raise the volume during a call?

Also, how do I set the options for my alarm clock? Is going to the clock the only way to access it?

on the right side of the phone, when opened you have the controls of the volume. you can also raise the volume during a call... no problem.

And yes, going through the clock is the only way to manage the alarm.
