I was running 1 user on BES Express for MS Exchange. Because of a problem with a corrupted database, I had to delete our 1 and only user. (You only get 1 free user license with BES Express). After I deleted the user there were 0 users listed in BES. The problem came when I went to add the same user back to BES. When doing so, I received a message that we exceeded our available licenses. Again, there are no users listed in BES. Any thoughts on how to get the user added to BES again?
I sense that there is more to this story. So, what happened with the DB - assuming it was the BES DB that kicked the bucket? Because it sounds like it still has a problem. I recommend fixing and/or recreating the DB.

Any idea where we can find this script, I'm having the same problem have have BES.4.1.3 the user just sits in the Users Pending delete box, the user has been there for 8 hours. It occurs to me that I could purge but given RIM have a warning up saying it may just screw it up more, is there any point?
