Default Emailing picture- No "Send" option

Please Login to Remove!

Only when I try to send a picture using my corporate email address do I discover that there is no SEND option.

Of course I can email the pic using any of my BIS accounts.

I'm guessing our BES admin has disabled this function??

are you able to send everything but pictures? if you don't have the send option it could be an issue with permissions. if it isn't that, it could just be a service book issue, that usually deleting desktop sync/cmime/cical and having them repushed from your BES will fix. It could of been disabled, but I doubt it.

I know this is stupid, but be sure you have entered a valid To: address. Without it the Send option goes away.

Here is the message that pops up when I try to send using my corporate address:

Email service does not support these types of attachments. Chahge the Send Using field or remove the attachments".

Ok THX.

So it DOES look like it's a permissions prob.
I'll talk to my BES Admin and see what the rationale is.

I'm having the same problem with my BES server on AT&T. The BES folks say their settings are correct.
