Had to get a replacement 8310. On old phone when I hit send key my contact list came up. On new phone when I hit send key phone log comes up. I have looked for a setting to change but I can't find one. Old and new phones both 8310.

You can just start typing in the person's name you want to call. It does a search just like in the contact list.

Yes the log should come up unless you typed a number then hit send then it should dile the number. If you hit send 2 time it should redile the last number you called.
