Default 8350i will NOT auto register on network

I am having a problem that has become extremely annoying during the past several days. Everytime I power off my BB or do a hard reset it will not auto register on the network like it did before. This causes my browser to only work on WiFi and I cannot receive or send any email. I am always forced to go into the host routing table and manually register it. Is there an easy way to correct this so the unit auto registers after it boots up ??

They won't do that. They are telling me I need a new phone. So they are shipping me a new 8350i that I am guessing will not solve my problem. However, they can keep sending me new phones if they want !!
