Upgraded Desktop and now synch doesn't work anymore

Just said yes to the latest upgrade question. Shouldn't have ! Now my BB doesn't update anymore with my Outlook.
I synch with Outlook with custom folder settings. Got 2 BBs (mine and my wife's) synching with same calendar. None of them now synch.
Gives me an error popup "Intellisynch : unknown error reported". On mine, tried to configure settings, same result. Also on mine, reset settings and tried to reconfigure, same error.
I'm on WXP SP3 updated from SP2.
Desktop version is 18.104.22.168 (bundle 21, released 06/12/2010)
Both devices are 8520 Curve, software version 22.214.171.1244 (mine) and 126.96.36.1994 (my wife's).
