Anybody can explain how can I transfer a JPG file from my PC to my Blacberry 7230?

Where can I get free software like a filetransfer manager?

Thx!

Basically, you have to email the image to yourself.

An application like you suggest does not exist (correct me if I'm wrong ppl)

If your looking to carry a photo album of sorts check out GTPhoto for GreenTech Mobile www.greentechmobile.com I use it myself and it great. Otherwise email the .jpg to yourself and save to the picture app on the BB already. OS 4.0 required.

Hot! I love being corrected! Now, if they could get Bluetooth transfer working, that'd be swell!

Hay maybe this will work...

It can't do Bluetooth transfer. (correct me if I'm wrong ppl)

For security reasons the only BT connectivity available on the BlackBerry is headset and some keyboards. NO data at all.

looks like the gtech site is showing 7100 series phones as the only phones tested.

Finch, you're on a 7780 an it's working well?

I use Zedge.
Go to www.zedge.no and create a free account. From there you can go to the upload shack and upload pictures that you retreive thru your blackberry browser. Point the bb browser to wap.zedge.no and login and you should then be able to download onto the handset whatever you uploaded

I use Ascendo Photos ( via USB cable ) :

http://www.handango.com/PlatformProd...t%5B1%5D_title

I can easily resize photos, select any desired part of a photo and adjust it right on my PC. I don't have to send pictures to the handheld device each time I need to preview the device display of a photo. Since I have a large photo album, this saves me a great deal of time.
